Sibling Rivalry Coffee ships within the United States and internationally.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped using standard USPS Ground Advantage unless another service is displayed or selected at checkout.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $30 when shown at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping services, rates, and available destinations are displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Sibling Rivalry Coffee.

International shipments may experience customs or carrier delays outside our control.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Our coffee is prepared for fulfillment as promptly as possible. Processing and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. The most current delivery estimate will be shown at checkout or provided through carrier tracking after shipment.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may require additional time to update after a shipping label is created.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order begins fulfillment.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imtellingmom@siblingrivalry.coffee.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and shipping packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
