What grind size should I choose?
Here’s a quick guide to help you pick the perfect grind for your brew method:

Coarse Grind: Perfect for French press and cold brew fans.

Medium Grind: Ideal for drip coffee makers.

Fine-ish Grind: Our finest grind is perfect for Aeropress or pour-over methods.

How long will it take for my order to process?

Orders are processed next business day Tuesday-Friday. We ship the following day according to your shipping preference.

Where do you source and roast your coffee?
We’ve partnered with Medici Roasting, an Austin-based roaster known for their meticulous approach to sourcing and crafting exceptional coffee. They work directly with farmers to build lasting relationships and ensure ethical, sustainable practices. By focusing on traceable beans and small-batch roasting, Medici delivers the nuanced flavors you deserve — and we channel all that perfection into Sibling Rivalry Coffee. Because roasting off your tailgate only gets you so far.

Are your beans organic or fair trade?
We source sustainably and ethically from farms we trust. The specifics vary by bean, but rest assured, we prioritize quality and practices that don’t contribute to unnecessary drama — at least not in your coffee.

Which roast is right for me?

No matter your role, we’ve got your coffee personality covered.

Golden Child: For those who think they’re perfect — our smooth light roast.

Middle Child: Balanced, reliable, and a little overlooked — our medium roast.

Wild Child: Bold, intense, and unforgettable — our dark roast.

What About K-Cups?
We’re currently working on coffee pods that don’t contribute to the plastic apocalypse. Because microplastics in your coffee? Gross. Microplastics in the ocean? Even worse.

Stay tuned — soon you’ll be able to enjoy Sibling Rivalry Coffee in pod form without adding to the environmental drama. Until then, maybe consider a reusable coffee pod and ordering the Fine grind? And tamp it down. (Yes, we’re judging.)

Why don’t you have decaf?
Because decaf isn’t real coffee. It’s like pretending to enjoy mom's questions. Let’s just keep it honest.

Do you offer flavored coffee?
Nope. What you do to your coffee after it leaves us is your business, but we’re not adding chemicals to ours. Hazelnut syrup? Pumpkin spice? You’re on your own.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!

Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
If our coffee doesn’t bring you joy (unlikely, but hey, anything’s possible), let us know.

Can I send coffee as a gift?
Absolutely. Nothing says “I tolerate you” like sending someone the perfect roast. Add a personal note in the cart letting us know its a gift.

Do you sell merch?

Can I change or cancel an order?
