Start with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio. Use fresh, filtered water between 195–205°F. Match the grind to your brew method, then adjust to taste like the independent adult you keep claiming to be.

Medici Roasting roasts and ships each order through Shopify Collective. Coffee is roasted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tracking is sent when your order leaves the roastery.
