These Terms of Service govern your use of siblingrivalry.coffee and purchases from Sibling Rivalry Coffee. By visiting the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
ONLINE STORE USE
You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.
You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the website.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Coffee is an agricultural product, so flavor, appearance, and other natural characteristics may vary between harvests and batches.
Product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm or begin fulfilling it.
You authorize Sibling Rivalry Coffee and its payment providers to charge the payment method supplied at checkout for the full order total, including applicable products, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and fees.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship within the United States and internationally. Available shipping services, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Domestic orders generally ship using standard USPS Ground Advantage unless another service is displayed or selected at checkout.
International customers are responsible for complying with local laws and paying applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and related fees.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sibling Rivalry Coffee is not responsible for carrier or customs delays outside our control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Coffee purchases are final sale because they are consumable food products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for taste preferences, grind selection, or changes of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website content, branding, product names, artwork, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Sibling Rivalry Coffee.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, fulfillment, and other service providers. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated.
Sibling Rivalry Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, our products, carrier delays, customs delays, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
